Our Story.

Before the six chairs and the 300+ five-star reviews, Victory Barbershop was one first-generation American's bet that hard work and heart could build something great in West Boca.

The Founder
Where it began

A first-generation American dream.

Anthony "Cap" Capra is a first-generation American — his grandparents came from Italy and Cuba — and he built his craft the old-fashioned way: one chair, one client, one cut at a time, behind the chair at Side Lines Barbershop in Coconut Creek before striking out on his own.

The road to his own shop wasn't a straight line. As Cap put it in a 2018 interview:

"It hasn't been smooth by any means but nothing great comes easy."

Bigger than haircuts

One 4 All, All 4 One.

In 2016 — years before Victory opened its doors — Cap founded 14ALL41 ("One 4 All, All 4 One"), a real 501(c)(3) nonprofit. He didn't just write checks: he personally delivered donations to communities in the Peruvian Andes and to Haiti after hurricane devastation.

That same spirit built the shop. Cap filed the Victory Barbershop LLC in April 2021, and in May 2022 the doors opened at the Boca Hamptons Plaza — a family-owned, judgment-free barbershop where every client is treated like one of their own.

What we believe

The Victory way.

Family-owned, judgment-free

This is a family shop where everybody's welcome. Walk in as a stranger, leave as a regular.

Every kid leaves smiling

Patient chairs for children of every age — including kids with autism and sensory sensitivities.

Honest prices

Every menu is posted up front. Regulars say we're "cheaper than 95% of other barbers in South Florida."

Craft over churn

No rushed cuts, no conveyor belt. Every barber owns his chair, his menu and his craft.

The Crew

More than a shop. A family.

Six independent barbers, one team — the kind of place where the crew shows up in superhero costumes and toddlers get their first haircut with two barbers on deck.

Come be part of the story.
